Payment Options

The payment option you choose depends entirely on your schedule and what you deem to be an acceptable turnaround time. Following are our preferred payment methods. If these options are not suitable, please contact us and we will try our best to accommodate you.

Western Union® Quick Collect®
This is the fastest payment method offered which will result in your order being delivered quickly. You will receive a Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN) as your confirmation that the payment was sent. With the MTCN you can contact us and confirm receipt of the payment. Person to Person Wire Transfer
This is one of the fastest ways to send registered funds worldwide. Western Union or your local agent will assign a 10 digit Money Transfer Control Number, which you will email us together with your full name and shipping address. This information must match that entered on the Money Transfer form. Once this is complete your transfer will be picked up and the order will be processed immediately. Bank to Bank Electronic Transfer
This method is similar to personal wire transfer using Western Union, however depending on your location it may take several business days before the transfer is complete. Once funds have been received your order will be processed immediately. To use this method you must have our local bank and account infomation, which will be given to you after your initial contact with us. e-gold®

Money Order / Certified Cheque
There is usually a two week hold on money orders and certified cheques for the funds to clear with our local bank. Before clearance the order is placed in a "holding state", which means that nothing happens in terms of your order or preparing the goods. It is important to note that special orders involving manufacturer wait time will not be started until this hold is complete. Payments of this type should be sent via registered mail to our Ottawa office.

Interac / Cash
Interac and cash payments must be made in person at our Ottawa office.
