How to Order by Fax

Ordering by fax is recommended for customers that know what products they are interested in purchasing. Simply follow these steps:

1. Decide what you want
Compile a list of the product(s) you wish to purchase (including make and model numbers).

2. Decide on a delivery method
Choose a shipping method that you are comfortable with.

3. Send us a fax
Fax us your order. You MUST include in the fax 1) your list of products 2) your shipping address 3) your desired shipping method and 4) the method you wish us to contact you. You may also include any special requests, if any (although we always do our best, we may not be able to meet these requests).

4. We will reply quickly
We will reply via the method stated in your fax, by the end of next business day, with the total payment required including cost of goods, cost of shipping / insurance and applicable taxes.

5. Send us your payment
Follow the instructions of your chosen payment method to send us your payment for the total amount due. Once your funds have cleared, we will process and ship your order.
