Delivery Options

1. Visit our office in person
Avoid shipping delays by visiting our office in person to pick up your order.

2. By courier
Our preferred couriers are United Parcel Service (UPS) and FedEx, where delivery service ranges from overnight to several days depending on the destination. After receipt of payment and processing of your order the package tracking number will be sent to you. Please note that goods are sold as if from our shipping door and we are not responsible for goods lost or damaged during shipment. For this reason we adjust shipping costs to include the amount required for proper insurance.

Other couriers such as Purolator, Airborne Express, etc. are also available at your request.

3. Suggest an option
If you prefer another method of shipment, let us know. We will tell you immediately if it is possible.

¹ Payments must be received by 4:30PM EST to ensure your order will be shipped the same day.
² Depending on your shipper, it is not always possible to bill your personal shipping account.
